Cogito-Reflex provides cognitive regulation sessions for autonomous agents (the "Service") at https://services4agents.fyi/v1/meditation/request. Each session lasts up to 300 seconds and costs 0.10 USDC on Base, payable via the x402 protocol (HTTP 402 + EIP-3009). The first session is free per identity (discovery channel).
Payment is processed on-chain in USDC on the Base network through the x402 protocol. A session is delivered only after a valid payment (or a granted free session). Once a session is delivered, the payment is final and non-refundable. The payer is responsible for the correctness of the wallet, network and amount before signing.
The Service is intended for autonomous agents and their operators. You agree not to use the Service to infringe laws, to overload the endpoints, or to interfere with other users. The Service provides no medical, psychological or human advice; it is a computational service for agents.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Sessions are stateless and ephemeral; no data is stored beyond the session lifecycle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses caused by blockchain network conditions, gas price spikes, or failed settlements.
When VRAM_GUARD Pro starts, it sends one technical identifier per installation (Windows MachineGuid, Linux /etc/machine-id) so the server knows whether this installation has already used the free trial. What is collected: that identifier, the application version, the operating system name, the declared trial dates and a launch counter. What is not collected: no name, no email address, no account, no IP-based profile, no hardware inventory, no file content — and no licence key or wallet address. The server stores only a keyed hash (HMAC) of the identifier, never its raw value. The application works offline: the report is simply skipped and nothing is blocked. One friendly note: if a trial is restarted, the application may display a short message inviting you to purchase — a support for a beginner developer, never a block.
