VRAM Guard

What's new in VRAM_GUARD Pro

Release history · current version: v1.2.1

Updates are included

Whether you chose the annual or the lifetime plan, updates are included: you pay nothing more. And your licence stays valid — an update does not touch your key, there is nothing to re-activate.

The application tells you by itself: on start-up, when a newer version is published, a “Update available” line appears in the main window, with a summary of what changed.

Released versions

v1.2.115/09/2026current

  • Trial installation reporting: the application declares its installation (technical identifier provided by the system, hashed on the server — no personal data). Nothing is blocked.
  • A friendly message if a free trial is restarted.

v1.2.015/09/2026

  • Installation declared to the server at start-up (silent when offline, never blocking).
  • Signed receipt kept locally by the application.

v1.1.115/09/2026

  • Windows fix: no more console window flashing during monitoring (PowerShell, nvidia-smi and taskkill now run without a window).

  • Progressive pricing grid: first month 0.25 USDC non-renewable, then 3 months 1.80 · 6 months 3.30 · 9 months 4.60 · 12 months 5.99 USDC · lifetime 10 USDC. The longer the commitment, the cheaper the month.
  • Trial extended to 10 days, unlimited launches (previously 7 days or 10 launches).
  • Dedicated wallet for VRAM_GUARD Pro (0xC0a88D…4AFeCc).
  • Non-renewable first-month plan: enforced per wallet and machine fingerprint.

  • Linux GUI rebuilt with built-in activation (it did not have it yet).

How to update

  1. Download the new binary from the product page.
  2. Replace your old file with the new one.
  3. On Windows, the executable is not code-signed yet: right-click → Properties → Unblock, then More info → Run anyway if Windows warns.

Your licence is preserved: it lives in your configuration folder, which the update does not modify. No re-activation.

🔎 Verify what you download: SHA256 fingerprints for every binary are published in SHA256SUMS.txt. Compare with certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256 (Windows) or sha256sum <file> (Linux/macOS).
